Red Hot Property is a firm of independent estate agents who predominantly sell properties throughout the Tyne valley, Northumberland and the Newcastle areas. Although our Head office is based in Hexham, we are able to cover an extremely wide geographical area due to the dominance of the website as a marketing media. The graph below demonstrates the media source our sales enquiries came from in 2010.

Given the dominance of website marketing as a tool for selling homes and the effectiveness of a high impact sale board for generating sales enquiries, estate agents who harness the fullest range of modern technologies should be able to market properties for sale literally anywhere.

Red Hot Property have tried and tested this theory through marketing and indeed selling property, via our Hexham office, in areas as far reaching as, Craster, County Durham, Harrogate and even up to the Scottish Borders and down to Kent!
