Red Hot Property were honoured at a glittering gala dinner in Grosvenor Square, London on Friday 28th October, with the most prestigious of all property awards – a “5-star” rating in the UK section of the International Property Awards 2016. This is the firm’s 5th consecutive “Award for Excellence” and ranks them among only 27 UK property professionals who performed at the highest level within the Estate Agency category during 2016.
Now in their 25th year, the International Property Awards is the largest, most acclaimed and widely recognised award body, covering Real Estate, Property Development, Architecture & Interior Design.
Business owner, Gareth Jones said “To receive five consecutive awards from such a prestigious body is an unparalleled honour. To consistently stand out against the19,000 firms of Estate Agents in the UK is a clear endorsement of our successful marketing approach, and the ‘5-Star’ rating demonstrates that we operate and perform at the highest level. Our dedication to our clients’ success is unquestionable.”
Sponsored by The Telegraph, the awards were judged by an independent panel of 90 industry experts, focusing on quality and service, innovation, originality, commitment and achievement. This year’s judging panel was chaired by Lord Caithness, assisted by Lord Best, Lord Liverpool, and Lord Thurso, all of whom are active members of the House of Lords. The award was presented in front of an audience of 500 property professionals, who were all invited as guests in recognition of their success in this year’s Real Estate, Property Development, Architecture & Interior Design categories.
Stuart Shield, Chairman of the International Property Awards said ‘I am delighted that Red Hot Property have again demonstrated such an extensive range of exemplary services. They embrace the latest in new technology and have managed to achieve the extremely high levels of customer support that are vital to succeed at these awards.
