Rather than rest on our laurels though, we saw this as a launch platform and set about enhancing our approach to ensure that we really do provide our valued clients with the best chance of selling success.
As part of this initiative, we enlisted the help of an award winning brand communication consultancy – r//evolution. The fantastic team of digital and design experts have been helping us create a brand new website, which has now been launched and is free for you to explore! (Your feedback is welcome – so please do get in touch). It incorporates property search, top tips, latest news and lots of helpful information related to buying and selling your next home.
The look, however, goes deeper than just the striking new modern design! Whilst the website is great on a computer screen or laptop, it is also now fully responsive in the digital world – which means it looks, feels and works just as easily on your phone or tablet.
With more and more people now fitting their property search around their busy lives, this enhancement means we have widened our reach to a majority market who start their search online. With tablets and phones being so dominant in our lives, we have ensured your property sale gets the maximum chance of exposure to all buyers, regardless of how they want to access it.
Our new website also integrates seamlessly with our new presence across social media. Our Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest profiles enable you to remain up to date with the latest industry news, exciting developments, property related innovations and of course our newest property listings and price drops. In fact, it could now be the fastest way to pick up a bargain!
Ultimately our new website, social media and even our video tours are not in place to replace existing forms of marketing, but instead to enhance and complement our approach – after all, our market leading success and our award winning status was achieved before these changes. We are deliberately different to most agents. Our business hours, marketing resources, terms of business, our fees and most importantly our sales record certainly break the norm! However, this doesn’t mean we turn our back on traditional methods or values. Client focus is paramount and our approachable team of staff are always available to discuss issues relating to your sale (even until 9pm!). While other estate agents have dropped their links to Rightmove, Zoopla and Primelocation, we’ve retained our links with these market leaders.
